OUR COMMITMENT

ArxMade LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all people, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that every visitor to our websites arxmade.com, ArxLeads, and MyPolicyCompass should be able to access our content and services, regardless of the assistive technology or adaptive strategies they use.

We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply relevant accessibility standards across all of our web properties.

ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS

ArxMade LLC uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our accessibility standard. WCAG 2.1 is internationally recognized as the benchmark for web accessibility and provides guidance on making web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

WCAG 2.1 defines three levels of accessibility conformance: Level A (minimum), Level AA (standard), and Level AAA (enhanced). ArxMade LLC aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all of our web properties.

OUR ONGOING EFFORTS

To achieve and maintain WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, we:

Periodically conduct accessibility audits and testing of our websites, including testing with common assistive technologies

Apply accessibility requirements to all new website features, pages, and content before launch

Train our web development and content teams on accessibility best practices

Maintain an internal process for identifying, logging, and remediating accessibility issues

Work with third-party vendors to ensure that tools and technologies used on our platforms meet applicable accessibility standards

Review and update our accessibility practices as WCAG guidelines evolve

KNOWN LIMITATIONS

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, some content on our websites may not fully meet this standard. We are aware that certain third-party tools, embedded content, and advertising technologies may present accessibility challenges. We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility across all platforms.

Our websites are designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

Screen readers (including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack)

Keyboard-only navigation
