What we collect, and what we do with it.
ArxMade LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. This page covers arxmade.com. It does not cover anything a publisher or an advertiser does on their own sites.
- 01This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers. No cookies, no local storage, no session storage, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts of any kind. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so loading a page here does not hand your IP address to anyone else. This is enforced by a build check, not by policy: the site will not build if a cookie, a storage call or a pixel is added.
- 02We collect what you type into the application form, and nothing else. Your name, email address, phone number, company, and the vertical you work in, plus whichever messaging handles you give us — LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram or Microsoft Teams. At least one of those four is required, so that we have a way to reach you; which one is up to you. If you apply as a publisher: your traffic source, the monthly volume you can supply, and how you deliver today. If you apply as an advertiser: what you want to buy, the leads you can work per month, and the states you are licensed in. Plus anything you write in the notes field. If you do not submit the form, we collect nothing.
- 03We confirm your email address before doing anything with the application. When you submit the form we email you a link. Nothing is reviewed and nothing is passed to our CRM until you open it, and the link works for 7 days. The email carries no tracking pixel and no click tracking — the link goes straight to arxmade.com. If you receive one of these and did not apply, ignore it: nothing at all happens unless the link is opened.
- 04With a submission we also store your IP address, your browser's user-agent, and a record of the consent you gave. The consent record holds the exact wording you agreed to, a fingerprint of that wording, its version, the server time you agreed, which version of the page you were on, and the time you confirmed your address. We keep the IP address because telephone-consent law requires us to be able to evidence who agreed and when. We removed the browser's language header from this record, because nothing in the business uses it and it is a fingerprinting signal rather than consent evidence.
- 05Abuse limits use a one-way hash of your IP, not the address itself. To stop the form being flooded we count requests per address. Those counters store a salted SHA-256 hash, so the counter store is not itself a record of who visited. It is kept separately from applications and expires on its own.
- 06Where it is stored. Applications are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site and provides its storage. Resend sends the confirmation email and the notification to us, and therefore receives your email address and those messages. Google runs the mailbox those notifications arrive in, so once your application has been confirmed a copy of it sits in that mailbox. All three process this data on our behalf. None of them loads anything in your browser: this page still runs no third-party code at all.
- 07Who it is shared with. Nobody outside the three processors above. Your application is emailed to us so that a person can read it and reply — it is not passed to a CRM, a dialer or any other system. Until 13 October 2026 this page said the application was sent to GoHighLevel; ArxMade no longer uses it, and nothing is sent there. The email we receive on submission carries no contact details at all: those are held back until you confirm your address, so an application made in your name by someone else never puts your details in our inbox. Beyond our host, our mail provider and our mailbox, we do not sell, rent or share your application with anyone. We are a lead network, and the data on this page is partner-application data: it is not traffic, and it is never resold as a lead.
- 08Why we are allowed to hold it. Because you asked us to consider you as a partner, and because you gave explicit consent to be contacted. You can withdraw that consent at any time and we will stop contacting you. Withdrawing consent does not erase the consent record itself, which exists precisely to evidence what was agreed.
- 09How long we keep it. Applications are kept while we are reviewing or working with you, and the consent record is kept for as long as the law requires us to be able to evidence that consent. We do not keep applications indefinitely for their own sake.
- 10Your rights. Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you those rights explicitly, plus the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell the data described on this page, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of for a partner application. That statement is about THIS form. ArxMade's consumer-facing brands are a different matter and have their own page: do not sell or share my personal information.
- 11Children. This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
- 12Contact, and changes. Privacy requests and security reports go to ArxMade@gmail.com. If we change this page we will change the date below; we will not apply a materially different policy to data already collected without telling you.
